Hello,

Our CEO wants to share his Outlook Calendar and all its appoints. with his secretey. Is there a way to do this? have them both able to view/edit the same calendar from their respective desks.. and if not, any ideas of what else may work.

Thank you in advance.

Firstly you need Exchange server for the sharing of the calendar to work.

If you do have Exchange server, then you start by setting up the Delegate Access Feature. This has to be done on the CEO's Computer

To set up the Delegate Access feature, you would click Options on the Tools menu and click the Delegates tab. Next, you would click Add and select the name of your chosen delegate from the list.

After you have chosen your delegate, the next step is to grant that person permissions for your calendar. Logically enough, the permissions you choose will depend on how much the CEO wants the delegate to do for him.

I hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. We are not running Exchange right now, though that is something i will now look into, as it seems that is the only way to do what is needed.. thanks again!
