HELP!!!!!! Please why can'nt I telnet to switch

switch(config)#line vty 5 15
switch(config-line)#password blablabla
switch(config-line)#exit
switch(config)#enable password blablabla
You must set a password on the virtual terminal. If you want to telnet to the router, you must also set a password on line vty 0 4 as well. Hope this helps.

Oh---I forgot---after you set the password in line config mode, you must also incorporate the command "login".
