Help please:Routing non acd DID on Meridian

I am creating a simple non acd phone with DID and outgoing and incoming call features and simple mailbox. I created phone in ld 11 and created mailbox in Call pilot for extension. I am using M3902 with only one extension.
Everything works internally for extension and I can even call out locally, however I can't call in to this phone number from external trunk.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

7183 part of your DID range (service providor can verify this unless you have documentation)?

What do you get when you dial the number from the PSTN?

Most common problem is that the DID does not belong to you or it's not active at the Central Office pointing to your circuits.

Just because the number is free on your PBX does not make it a DID.
