Help please I have a bcm450 instal

Help please
I have a bcm450 installed in a bldg. with two units Dental section lines answered by ccr tree 1
Everything works fine.
Medical section (pri lines) wants calls to ring ext 1st then after 4 rings answered by ccr tree2 they do not want calls going to voice mail works fine with external calls, if busy calls fwd to medical admin section ext 2250 everything works fine . Problem is internal calls plays ccr tree 1 instead of ccr tree 2.
Medical exts control set 2250 / dental exts control set 2200
Ccr tree 1 attend ext 2200 ccr tree 2 attend 2250
I am certified on old North Star and bcm /avaya but cannot remeber anyway to make a ccr tree answer an internal call; (I work for the base so customer does not get charged.) Anyone have any ideas getting too old for this thanks
 
CCR is for external calls made to AA which gives the callers options.
Internal calls are to each others phones.

Give an example on how one dept calls another to get to CCR.

I wonder if you are referring to Service DN under Configuration in Callpilot.
This would point to AA which in turn would then play the CCR that the Table points too based on time of day (morn aft eve).

Service DN can use a digital set, an analog port or Hunt Group.....when on Service DN page click help.

Example:
I have a BCM50 with a spare Analog port X 251
I add 251 as a Service DN and chose it to play Greeting Table 1

Then in Element Manager under DN 251 Call Forward All to Callpilots DN.

I can Intercom 251 and it will play Table 1's greetings and MenuPrompt an/or CCR

example:
if I dial 9104502306 ext 2306 in medical rings
if ext 2306 does not answer after 4 rings AA plays ccr tree 2 (good)
if ext 2306 is busy call forwards to ext 2250 medical admin desk (good)

if ext 2305 calls ext 2306
if busy call forwards to ext 2250 (good)
if ext does not answer after 4 rings aa plays (dental) ccr tree 1 (bad) customer wants it to play (medical) ccr tree 2
 
-What is Forward No Answer set to under 2306?
-What is the DN of Callpilot?
-Are any DN's programmed under Service DN's in Callpilot?
-Check what line # (or target #) is in programming for 9104502306, then check AA/Lines to see if it is programmed to answer and the ring count.

everything in programming good just needed a way to change what greeting a internal caller hears (two business one system)

Solution find
120 Chapter 11 Service Directory Numbers
Greeting Table
You map a DN to a Greeting Table. An external caller connects directly to the Greeting Table.
Callers hear the Company Greeting followed by Touchtone Gate (if enabled). If callers press 1 or
If Touchtone Gate is set to none, callers hear the CCR Tree (if enabled) that is configured for that
Time of day. Only external callers get the Greeting Table service. If the caller is INTERNAL, they
connect to the Auto Attendant.
It appears one system one business on internal calls all ext.’s seem to defaults to greeting table 1,
To change which greeting an internal call gets you have to go to config in vm and make it a service
Directory number to be able to change to a different greeting. There is a limit of 30 that can be added
Thankfully customer (medical) only wants 6 of their 58 ext.’s programed like this.

That is another description (from somewhere) of what I said above, as I stated just go to that Service DN page and click help for your options to choose from.
Do not worry about Touchtone Gate.
