Help Phone is crazy

I have a 4412D and now I see a D G in the right corner of the display. What does it mean? plus I cannot get any calls. How can I get rid of it. Plus other phones have the G.

G means you are a memeber of a hunt group and logged in, D I believe is for "Do Not Disturb". Try dialing *09 from your phone to turn off the DND (that's the default shortcode)

I tried *09 and nothing happened.

I think D is for call forwarding and that would be why your're not getting any calls.

*00 is the default cancel all call forwarding, you can give that a whirl.

If you have access to manager, you can look under "short codes" under there, there's also a document which has a list of them.

Under "short code defaults" gives all the default short codes created on the system.
