You can do a switchook transfer by doing the following
-While on the call press the switchhook down once rapidly (Flash button may also work) you will hear intercom dialtone.
-Dial the extension number of the person you would like to transfer to.
-Hang up to complete the transfer, or remain on the line to annouce the call.
