Help! Paint Shop Pro 9 Brushes!

My brushes are not working correctly. They used to work but now they dont and im thinking I hit some button but I cant figure out which. Before I used to just click once on the image and the brush would paint but now when I click once, nothing happens. Now I have to hold the left mouse button down and drag it for the paintbrush to work. I want to get it back to one-click brushes. Please help me.

Maybe I can help.

Try File, Preferences, Reset Preferences

If that does not work, try one of the other Preferences options.
