When retrieving calls from the Nice web universe, we are getting the error message "Not all medias are available for playback, do you want to play the available ones?" If we select "yes", only the audio part of the call is played and the screen capture does not.
Does anyone know the solution for this?
Note: This only happens when the call is retrieved from an external network connection connecting to us via VPN and loading the NICE universe web site. If we retrieve the screen/audio from the LAN, there is no problem experienced.
