Help on formula for summing

Hi All,

I am working on CR 9.X,I am facing problem in writing
a formula for a where I have a field Net_Amt coming from B_Ex_Prj record,I need to sum the values of Net_Amt field
and should be displayed as PROF EXPENSE in single line.


I need to sum all the values

Now i have query whern i run crystal report output is like this :
PROF EXPENSE 800.00
Travel 300.00
Hotel 500.00
Transport 300.00
-------
1900.00

Required report should be:

PROF EXPENSE 1900.00

Please help me solve this problem.

Did you get your answer to this yet?

Is your total of 1900 the desired outcome of adding 800+300+500+300?

Are the 1900 and the 800 really the same thing (PROF EXPENSE)?
