Help on a CDN

I am attempting to change the caller id when the call which is routed through an acd cue is transfered to the cdn.

to way to change the caller id. there only one way to remove it, not to change it

not going to happen.. the clid is married to the call not the cdn.. call comes in with a clid from the network, hits a cdn goes to acd.. what is it showing or doing now that you want to change?

Meridian Mail will change it if you can route it through mail and default it out or make the user make a choice. I do believe. Not sure what you want.
