HELP! Nortel Contact Center 6 is not refreshing Real Time Data

Anyone ever had this issue? It shows basically what happened at 6a and then has stopped.
 
Check your windows services there is a service called something like ccmartd for real time display if you restart it and it does not come back reboot the ccma service. If you have ccms and ccma installed although you Nortel says you can do this it is not recommended.
 
Restart CCMS SDP_Service (CCMS IS_Service will be automaticly restarted also).
 
Thanks I contacted our vendor on Sunday and he just rebooted the entire server which fixed the problem.
 
I have had this happen a couple of times too. Skaret is correct.

It doesn't bring down the system.

Sent the problem to Nortel because it keeps happening. No valid fix yet.
