Help No one seems to know lotus notes

Hi , I'm new to this site. I was woundering if anybody can help me. I don't know anyhting about lotus notes I have a job questionnaire and one of the questions that i can't find is In lotus, How do you transfer a users email from one PC to another? Since searching for the answer i have found that you need to transfer 3 files. The User.ID file, The NSF file and the desktop5.DSK file. But what else needs to be done so the user can get emails. Please help my resources are running out. Non of my co-workers seems to know!!

the critical notes files on the client are:
id file (ex. user.id)
notes.ini
names.nsf (personal address book and the heart of lotus notes/domino)
desktop.dsk or desktop5.dsk
possibly even bookmark.nsf
