We have just installed a New ISDN PRI trunk in a Difinity G3 V7. I can make out going calls on this trunk fine. When I try to call the trunk number, I get a "Were sorry you call can not be completed as dialed" message. I was told this PRI is sending us 3 digits. I do not have any of my DID numbers assigned over to this PRI yet, Where can I check how many digits I am expecting.

Also how do I route incomming calls?

First you have to know what the phone company is sending you. The PRI will come with a couple DID numbers ask what they are. Now once the call is in the switch you can do some different things with it. 1) add a station or vdn that will match the 3 digits. 2) as the call comes in to the trunk, you can change the digits to what ever fits your need (this is on page 3 of "CH TRUNK xx" Look!!! New Buttons
Same amount of time!

Thanks All Phoneman2

Found it.. On page 3 of the PRI trunk, there was a way to handle incomming calls... Since I have 4 digit extensions and they are sending me 3 digits, I inserted my first digit.

Laugh... looks like you responded just as I typed my message. Thanks that worked like a charm.
