Help Needed! Micros Oracle WS6 610

Does anyone know how to change the WS6 610 mainboard from Windows 10 to be able to run Win 8.1?

I dont have any of the WIN 8.1 boards left to compare switch settings etc. I'm almost certain the boards are the same but it will not run a Win 8.1 HDD.

It just won't boot the HDD which I know works. I now have a picutre of a Win 8.1 board and they look identical to this Win 10 one, all switches the same. However there must be something different.
I know a repairer who says they can change them to Win 8.1 but I'd rather avoid paying, and do it myself!

Phi_1.618 No I want to use a Win 10 unit with one of my old Win 8.1 HDDS. But the board will not accept it. A company can change something on the board to enable it but they charge £175 per system!
