Hello all,
Im trying to installing service pack4 on a new installation of exchange 5.5 . I reformatted a machine, installed windows 2000 on it with w2k service pack4. Then installed exchange 5.5 without any problems(no service packs installed with it). I then downloaded and installed service pack 4 from microsoft website. During the installation of sp4, at about 50% i get the error of. "Could not open the file named: c:\sp4\eng\server\setup\I386\webdata\usa\schedule\meeting\canceled\FRMROOT"
I tried re-downloading sp4 thinking that the file FRMROOT was corrupted. But i still get an error.
Then i tried installing service pack 3 first. I have the cd for that. The installation went fine. Then i proceeded to install sp4 but i still get the same error.
What can this problem be?
Thanks
Laura
