I have 5.0.0.8rt installed currently and need to upgrade the OS. My product is beyond the 90 day support period from Juniper. Anyone know where I can get this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Help...Need updated OS for NS-5GT

As far as I know, Netscreen/Juniper requires a support contract for updates. It's been a debatable issue with some people, but that's how Netscreen has been doing it for a while. I've had to buy extended support contracts for Netscreens before through my vendor, much to the dismay of my clients' wallets.
