I know there is a tool provided by Nortel, it is usually stored inside the rear cover of the common equipment modules. Can anybody tell me what the name of the tool is, and what the part number is? I need to replace the two cables from my core 0 CNI on an 81C. Apparently someone either removed them from this system or the installer didn't bother to leave them on site.

Thanks!

I found the part number from a NTP the Nortel Part Number is PO741489 it is called an "Extraction Tool" - Go figure?

an "orange stick" from the local drug store works.. something to do with nailpolish.. but they work
