Help! Need to reinstate commands that have been deleted

Hope someone out there can help me!

A few commands are greyed out on the menu bar and I can't seem to work out how to have these commands active again.

If someone can please advise me how to do this it will be much appreciated.

Its the export to Excel icon that is greyed out and its version 9. I'm an administrator and I don't have access to it.

Yeah this has all been done. Its like the icon has been disabled.
