Help! Need the full "Header"

Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me how to find the full header of a message sent via the internet? We are getting a lot spam mail from yahoo users. Yahoo wants the unedited spam message sent to abuse@yahoo.com along with 'all of the header' not just the 'brief header'. Can anyone tell me how to find the full header?

Highlight the message, then open up Document Properties (yellow diamond smarticon). Go to the fields tab and examine the fields such as $MessageID, $MIMETrack, From, and Received.
