Hi Kanoute,
This should happen when you generally run the autorun setup from the Brightstor CD.Rather what you can do is,browse the CD and goto the IntelNT folder and then goto the Arcserve folder and then run the setup from there,that would install the base application on the server.you can run the install from the respective agent folders from underneath the IntelNT folder respectively.
