I am a definity man but I inherited a merlin magix from one of our sites. I do most of the configuration with WinSPM. I have department that is moving to this site next week. 11 extensions. I have a DID I can use for hunt group.
People say just change a calling group to my DID number. How do I find out where the group is and if its being used. Also I have the 4412D+ phones because I heard that I need to add certain buttons to the station in order for the hunt group to work.
