Help me figure out what a hotsync cradle is...

Ok when i do anything like open folders or run programs msgsrv32 stops responding i went to the microsost suport page and it said somthing about a hotsync cradle not being compatible with ACPI(advanced configuration & power interface)but i dont even know what a hotsync cradle is or where it is on the computer can somone help me plz?

a hotsync cradle is the thing you plug your Palm PDA into to interface with your computer. Why did you put this in frame relay?
