Help me, about install websphere displaying wrong code????

I installed websphere in Japanese system and used the internal JDK1.3, i set up everything ok. But when i start the administrator console, the deployed page is wrong code, Pls tell me how can i modify it to property code.
(When i install websphere, i chose the English language, i test it using Japanse, it is also wrong code.)

Hi:
I installed WebSphere 4.0 in Japanese Win2k System, and IBM DB2, of course everything is ok, including DB2, http server. But when i start the administrator console, it displays the wrong character. U know the console is a java GUI, so I think it is something wrong in JVM. But i made a GUI test program, then i compiled, but it is good.
maybe i should modify something in adminclien.bat file when i run the console.

n WebSphere 4.0.2, in the Japanese Environment certain text strings on the AdminConsole GUI have not been translated correctly to the corresponding Japanese Values. Apply WebSphere efix PQ57024 to correct.
