HELP!! Manager can't find 500v2

Hello all, i have a facility that i just installed an ip office 500v2 r.7.0.32. ip 10.0.30.93. handsets have serious noise/over modulation on them. Was advised to upgrade to 7.0.36
manager is at 9.0.36
set laptop to 10.0.30.1
run manager............. can not find the ip office.
scope is 255.255.255.255 i manager, even st to the actual ip. still nothing...........

ANY THOUGHTS?

HOW DO I ACCESS STILL?

HAVE TO BUMP UP TO .36 to rid my noise issue

Maybe you must adjust you pc firewall? Or you have multiple LANs connected to your PC, wifi and ethernet. disconnect the one not in the LAn were IPO resides.

Intrigrant, i actually disconnected from the lan and tried plugging directly into the 500v2. wifi off.

Why don't you try the WAN port using 192.168.43.201?

Hi fyrman

I have had issues connecting when my wireless is turned off. I am not sure why... the IP for the wireless was not even in the same subnet. But turning it off solved my problem.
