HELP Main Number

One of our locations has BCM, main number is a DID. Instead of ringing to the front desk, when you call this line, it goes to a generic Nortel greeting "The person you have reached is unavailable". Anyone know what that means? The site said no DND or Call FWD or NIGHT SERVICES is on. HELP

See if you can 0 out to anyone and see what line the call is comming in on. Because it may be comming in on 1 of the channels and not the Target Line set to that phone.
 
The BCM monitor is a handy tool for this. It is available in Unified Manager/Install Clients
