HELP !! Mad monitoring thread error IS Store wont start 1

I hope anyone has some insight, but
we just had our server lock up
and when we rebooted

had this error:
Source: MSExchangeSA
Category: Monitoring
EventID: 9098

Descr:
The MAD monitoring Thread was unable to read its
configuration from the DS, error '0x80010002"


please anyone w/ some help ?

make sure that your anti-virus software does not scan the c:\program Files\Exchsrvr\ directory.
If your anti-virus software quarantines any of exchange's files you could have problems starting Exchange store.
