HELP IP 500 V1 FREZZES AFTER PROGRAM CHANGE.

Hello all. I have an ip office 500 v1 running 4.0.20 sftwr.I made a few changed to programming the other day and the system never came up after the reboot. i went onsite to see what was happening and i see that the back lights CPU & CF were both flashing red. the system would not respond to any type of reboot, nor can you see it through manager. i plugged into the DTE port did the AT, AT-X2, AT-X3, Rebooted and manager could not see the unit. i then made sure the bootp entry was present and used hyperterm again thru the dte and did the AT-X.
now manager does display=

THEN NO UPLOAD NOR DOWNLOAD.
RED light on rear is now cpu=green steady.


loaded orig mgr and admin sftwr 4.2
bootp setting was to the correct ip address and bin file set to ip500.bin.

any thoughts????????

Maybe, you could have missed a step.
Did you give your PC a fixed IP Address : 192.168.42.5/255.255.255.0?
Is TFTP enabled in Manager?
Are the Manager file settings directing to the right folder? C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\<Manager path>
