Help: installing kx ns 500 with expansion unit kx ns502 error card obstacle

Guys im a new here in the forum..

Im facing the problem with the kx ns520 expansion unit when i do link whith exp. M. Its shows in my web console if i want to ins.. its giving me error e033102 card obstacle...

Guys can you help why is happening did i miss some this or do wrong..

Do you have the expandsion licence installed

Are they both the same level of firmware. Look at error log. It willshow you whats wrong

License expansion that is i dont know how do i know if licensed...

The ns500 is v.4 and ns520 v.4 ..

Log in my web browser only error shows...e033102

If you did not upload the licence then it is not licensed, You can look in licensing section and see if capacity licence is 1

I just check my log info in my web console..

Its show that LPR start up error (version NG).
So i think the issue is the version they not match with version...

Again my question is .. do ineed to upgrade or change the expansion unit... Give me some advice tnx...

You upgrade the software through the 700

You can get the latest 700 and 720 software and do both at the same time

where did you get the system, they should be able to get it from the Panasonic business site

you could sign up to the site and do some online training and get access yourself

software is country pacific so you will have to get the one for your region

I contacted the agent were we buy the pbx but until now no response. I dont want to wait my client so im doing what i can do..

Im in the middle east our region is BX
...

It is easy to upgrade when you have the software, just go to the cough and system update upload both files and select the firmware and set to immediate it will restart and come back up with upgrade complete, Takes about 15 minutes
