Help installing CICS (Houston TX)

I have commited to installing a Norstar CICS system for a friend. I have worked on Nortel systems in the past, but never installed one. The 300 page install manual is a bit much, and was hoping someone could give me the Readers Diagest (condensed) version. I have 6 COs and 6 Stations (5-m7210, 1-m7308). I have an additional 4 port LS/DS card.

I know I need a mounting board and line conditioning/UPS. I also need the 25 pair cables and termination boxes, but don't have any details on this stuff. What else am I missing and any suggestions on manufacturer, models, etc.?

If anyone in Houston - Clear Lake area is available to provide hands on assistance, it would be much appriciated.

well Dirk I'm not sure what exactly you need to know. Passwords? punchdown locations? how to program phones or co's? since you've worked on them, what area of info are you looking for.
