HELP! Indexing error i think?!? 1

I Don't know what i did but i really liked this ralationship in my database that showed all records in a different table connected to this id.

like these little plus signs that when clicked on shows the other info.

How do i get this back?

It appears that you had a Lookup Field in the table...perhaps you read The Evils of Lookup Fields in Tables and decided the right thing to do was take it out?
