Help in Motion Tweening an object

I have a globe image. Basically a circle with about four lines making up the longitude and latitude lines. There are no other markings on the image.

I'd like to have this spin, but I am not sure on how to go about doing this since there are only the lines across the surface.

Any suggestions?

How about using a mask and animating the lines behind it to give the illusion that it's spinning?

I guess its the animation of the lines thats troubling me. If this where a real physical sphere, the lines would be at an equal distance apart. As I have them on mine. If this were to be spining, I guess the intermidate position of the lines would be partially between their current location and the next position on the globe.

I think that makes since. In a nut shell, I'm still not sure how to go about the animation of the lines to give it the appearance of spinning. It would be easier if it have an actual object or image on the globe other than the lines.

The example you sent works great if this were an image only on one side or a globe with representations of the continents on it.

Sorry that your preception of our company is one that produces SPAM. Our company does not do any email marketing of any sort and I don't think you could consider our facilities direct mail production SPAM either.

My perception of this forum was based on purely technical basis and not based on anything more than those merits.

Thanks for posting that find. The image in the example is spot on with two exceptions. 1. All the areas between the lines are filled in and 2. With the fills the image is 2D in appearance.

But this still may be useful. I take a look at it a little later.

so it is not a wireframe per se that you are looking for.....
the one i posted may prove some trouble then, all the lines are individual symbols on each keyframe....may take some time to convert it to what you want...
maybe if you break it all apart in each key frame, remove the lines that you dont want in the bg, that would make it look filled...
