QUE=10
maximum 10 calls can wait in que, 11th call will be rejected
After GHGRI command you have to use GHGMI to define group members.
If you have, for example, 4 people in a hunt group:
- first four calls will be answered by your people.
- fifth call goes into que and listens to music, announcements, whatever you use in your system. Fifth caller waits for any of your people to become free.
If QUE=0, and all 4 group members are busy, all further calls are rejected ( 5th caller receives busy tone)
If QUE=4, maximum 4 callers can be in a que,and wait for first free group member. So in that case 4 people are talking,4 people can wait in que, 9th caller gets busy tone.
I hope that I explained this concept good enough...
d=1 to turn on music on hold
d=2 is a special case, music on hold is turned on only if you have RVA in your system. (RVA = recorded voice announcement, there is special board for that purpose)
