Help-IE6-does not fully open 1

when you open IE it always opens partial..not fully, i have to click the square at right top beside the X

Why is this..?

Even if i clear the cache..it still happens..

Click the IE icon in the upper left hand corner of your browser window. Select Maximize. Go to File, Close. Reopen IE...should open maximized. If not, post back...

I have tryed that also..it works only if the cache stays..if i clean it..same thing.
