I was working on a ticket system by myself for the support department of a company. Currently, visitor submits a form, database records it and assigns a ticket number, and sends a message. But we can't track them yet, because support people use Outlook.
1) In order to build my own system, I need them to check their e-mail from an ASP page. Can I check POP3 mailboxes in ASP?
2) If programming by myself is going to be a headache, I prefer a 3rd party ticket system which works under Windows and MSSQL. Anybody knows any?
Any other resources also appreciated about a support ticket system.
