Help, I Lost My Toolbox

I'm day one of teaching myself C++ using the Dummies book. I started a project using MFC and went in to the Dialog Resources in my workspace and opened the IDD_ABOUTBOX window. It popped up, along with the toolbox. I closed the toolbox window and now I cannot find a way to get it back.

Aaaaarrrrgggggg!!! I did the same thing because I was just curious, and I can't find out how to re-activate it, either :-(

Ooops... Stupid me....
Right-Click on an empty spot in the Toolbar, then select "Controls".
