I was setting some rights for a group of users who requested that they should be the only ones who have access to a specific share. I wasn't thinking at the time, and I removed the Domain admins group from the security list. Now I can't even view the permissions, and everybody is locked out. I tried to reset the permissions from the server console, but still no good, I even tried it through AD Users and Computers. Is there any way that I can restore these rights, or at least copy the files somewhere so I can reinstate rights on them?? Right now, I cannot even access them, and I am in the Domain Admins and Administrators group... I need help, QUICK!

You'll need to take ownership of the folders and then set the permissions as needed. Properties->Security->Advanced...->Owner. Try it with a test folder first.
