Help, I cannot delete files and folders on system !

Dear all :
I cannot delete the files and folder on my Win2k server, since one of the users create many level of folders on the disc by mistake. However, the system only prompt "Can't access this folder, path is too long!". Please help me to solve this problem since it occupy much space on my disc. Please advise me how to delete those folders and files.

There are commands that you can use to do this.

Finally, I find a simply solution by mapping it into my own drive to delete those folders and files
