Help!! How do I save my quarkxpress document as a PDF

I am using quarkxpress 4.01 to create a small booklet, so I am using images and text.  Problem is I dont know how to save the document as a PDF file so I can put it on the web.  I have adobe acrobat and distiller, and I am on a mac. dont know how to print to file. need step by step instructions

In the print dialogue choose "file" instead of "printer".
This produces a .ps file which you then process in Distiller.
Also check the Acrobat Help section of your software.
