HELP HELP HELP - CE10 NEWBIE!

Hi,

We have a suite of scheduled reports running on a daily and once a month basis which users view daily.

I have been asked to setup a folder to which a static copy of two reports should be saved on the last day of the month.

Is this possible and can anybody tell me how to do this?

Create a shortcut to the reports in the new folder and schedule them to run at end of month.

Hi,
If you want a physical copy of the report ( in what format? CR, PDF,..) then set the destination to a file system site using FTP or Unmanaged Disk as the destination of the output ( pre-configure and enable those options first, under the report jobserver tab in the CMC..Servers section.
