help for auto attendant on LDK 300

im having difficulties on AA of ldk 300,i experience this problem when the voice announce playing suddenly has a gap period in a matter of 5 seconds then play again but not in proper announcement.....i check 8 channel of vmib card,its not stabalize on 1 channel only....sometimes on channel 2 then appears also on channel 6......what causes this problem and what is the best solution on this problem.....thanks in advance who has experience this matters.....

We have many customers using VMIB for Auto Attendant.
Use ISDN (PRI/BRI) and have the system grounded properly, then it works for years.
Are you using analog lines?

yes dok im using a analog lines....my client have 14 lines using a pilot number....the clcob doesn`t last long....

PGM228 (Voice Menues - Press 1 for this and press 2 for that).

We have installed thousands of ipLDK-24/50/100 and iPECS using ISDN (BRI/PRI) and VMIB using CCR w/o problems.

Swap from analog to ISDN.
(Swap to elder analog PSTN cards like CLOB4/CLOB8).

Check for proper grounding and check for prober installation.

This works!
