Help for Accessibility Users

Hello all,

Can anyone direct me to a site that could help me with developing forms for low vision or physically challenged users? I need to ensure that my forms work with screen reading packages and are easy for quadriplegic users.

Here's just one example:

if you use the google search engine (

http://www.google.com)

and do a search on the keywords visually impaired design
this will return dozens of references. Hopefully you will find something useful amongst them.
