Yesterday one of our departments decided to send out 900 huge e-mails resulting in out information store maxing out. After I have finished beating them with a big stick I flushed the logs and defragged the IS. We are using Exch 2000 standard so have a limit of 16 but we are currently holding at 12, so well within the limits!
The problem is some people e-mailing us are still getting reports back saying 'mailbox unavailable' SMTP 550. Others are fine.
Any idea's. Even diagnostics!?!?
