Hello great group!

How do you creat a command icon on your toolbar that print just the current page?

Thank you,

Tech1961

This isn't a total solution but you can go to Tools, Customize, and Commands tab then Click on File in the Categories windows. Then click and drag the Printer icon from the tool bar into the Commands: window. Next, in the Commands: window, grab the Print... icon and drag it up to the tool bar. You will now be given the same choices as if you went to File, Print instead of clicking the icon and print automatically goes to the default printer. The change is great when have 2 or more printers available. Tip, any command with the 3 dots in menus means another window with choices will come up.

Here's another way.
Build a macro to print the current page. Then go to View-Toolbars-Custom, select the Command tab. Scroll down to Macro and find the macro you just built and drag it up to a toolbar and drop. There's your icon.

Continue from above. While you still have the Custom Box open, right click on the new icon. There, you can change the name of the button to something smaller.

Hope this helps.
