Can someone help me, I don know the meaning of the mesg below from db2diag.log. thx

==========================================================

2003-03-03-18.44.35.922888 Instance:db2inst1 Node:000
PID:39354(db2agent (JETDXTS1)) Appid:C0A89747.F9AF.030303104431
lock_manager sqlplnfd Probe:80 Database:JETDXTST

Request for lock "REC: (2, 27) RID 00000506" in mode ".NW" timed out
Application caused the lock wait is "C0A89747.F972.030303104245"

The lock wait time value was exceeded, probably due to another "client" retaining an exclusive lock too long.

You also are not allowing the system to respond to the application with a SQLCODE (-911..-913.. been a while), so the client app. is getting forced.

I'll look up the parameters and settings for you as soon as I get home.
