Help Disable Direct Voicemail

Hello, Im working with a merlin magix system where one of the extensions goes straight to voicemail instead of being able to be picked up by the person at the extension when calling the extension. So I'm wondering how to not have the extension go directly to voicemail when called from other extensions.

I only have access to the operators console since I dont have any form of programming software or even a computer hooked up to the system for that matter.

Never mind. It turned out that the person had their phone set to Do not Disturb without knowing.
