I would like to pose a question to this group. I am a vendor who sells and supports the PBX Enterprise business. We sell the Avaya portfolio exclusively. However we also have 12 regional offices that also sell wireless products and services such as Nextel, other cellular phones and pagers. We are in the process of trying to locate a new software package that will provide a point-of-sale system for our retail stores and would also allow our Enterprise Interconnect division to take service requests, bill out tickets and track inventory. Is anyone using such a package that they are pleased with?
