Help!!! Crystal to Acrobat

Hi
I am converting a crystal report that groups on Agency to an acrobat document to distribute via email. Can anyone tell me how you can get bookmarks based on Agency in acrobat, is there something I have to do first in crystal to make this happen?

Typically Acrobat only creates bookmarks automatically when it finds a Table of Contents in the document being converted to PDF. Otherwise, you have to create the bookmarks manually.
