How can I create a batch file using the tapetest command so I can erase a tape before back up?

That link show the list of switches that can be used with tapetest command. What I need is run the command tapetest-z
automatically every morning before the backup. Under the explanation for the switch -z ,it is specified that this command can be run automatically using a batch file. I need help creating the batch file so it runs automatically every morning at 9 am.
I would appreciatte any help.

Use notepad to create a file containing the command.
Use the Pre/Post option to have it run automaticly.
Open a command box and go the ARCserve directory. Now run tapetest with no options for it's internal help. If you have been staying current in the updates there might be some updated options that are not reflected in that on line doc.
