Help, Corporate directory cs1000 7.5

Trying to uploade the directory and I get the following error:
CPDIR6113: No source customer(s) found for the selected target customer

What source customer/elements do I need to add? I only have 1 customer and it is there.

Do you have system manager ?

How are you generating the Corp Dir. First name last name or CPND. Are you using Subscriber Manager

using subscriber manager, first name/last name, and it generated fine, atelast looks fine when i export it.

There is an element synchrozination in there some where. See if you can find that and do that.

I have the same error.
I will try to reboot the primary security server. Wait and see.

I've updated the patches and reboot the server, the problem is resolved.
