HELP! Company auto greeting message has been modified

Hello,
When dialing the company's phone number, the regular automatic message does not answer. Only the last portion of the message, the portion that says "For immediate assistance..." etc does. I imagine this is a result of the receptionist's modification of the message for the holidays, but she says everything seems fine and normal in the system.

How do I fix this?! I'm not familiar with this part of the system. Can someone help me & give me a quick briefing on the Automatic attendant?

Wow...there's nothing "quick" about it. I'd get the manuals and do some reading, or hire a local vendor to teach you.

I've done this for a few clients and they don't bother me to change messages anymore!
 
You may want to go into feature 983 and look into what table all the greetings are assigned to.
